Article 2: Products sold

The company Mi.Ka Glass & Ink offers for sale online on its website unique handmade jewellery using epoxy resin to preserve objects found in nature (flower, leaves, feathers, etc.), as well as drawings made by hand on tracing paper, and including decorative metallic paper collage. The company also offers the sale of copies of original handmade drawings, as well as transfer tattoos of original drawings.

All of these creations are handcrafted, which implies the potential presence of small defects or differences between products. The customer must consider this as a guarantee of artisanal work and uniqueness specific to “handmade”.

Each product is identified by one or more photographs and a descriptive text. The photographs are intended to be as true as possible to the product sold, but are not contractual.

The goal of our website and online business is to offer unique and/or personalized handcrafted creations for retail sale through our e-commerce platform. We do everything we can to offer quality products and a pleasant purchasing experience to our customers, allowing them to discover and acquire authentic artisanal creations, made with care and creativity.

Article 3: Availability of products

As the products are handmade, manufacturing times may vary. In the event of an order for a product that becomes unavailable, the customer will be informed as soon as possible by email or telephone contact. They will then be offered a new deadline for the supply of the product, an equivalent product or the reimbursement of the item.

Article 4: Product prices

Sales prices are indicated in euros. They are net (VAT not applicable, article 293B of the C.G.I.), and exclude shipping costs. These are calculated when validating the shopping basket (see article 7: Shipping and Delivery).

Mi.Ka Glass & Ink reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products ordered are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is placed.

We offer a varied price range for our handcrafted creations in order to meet the different needs and budgets of our customers. The prices of our products are generally between 10 and 60 euros. Delivery charges will depend on the weight, size and destination of your order. When you finalise your purchase, the corresponding delivery costs will be clearly indicated to you. 

To ensure the tracking and security of your package, we work in partnership with reliable delivery services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow the delivery of your package. Shipping will always be standard tracked with the local postal service. You will be able to know at any time where your order is and estimate its delivery date.

We do everything we can to offer you a smooth and pleasant delivery experience, ensuring that your handmade creations reach you in the best conditions and on time. The company Mi.Ka Glass & Ink cannot be held responsible for damage, loss or delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

Likewise, in the event of an error in the delivery address as indicated by the customer, the company Mi.Ka Glass & Ink cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery of the products ordered. In this case, the costs incurred for reshipping the products will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any order placed on the site delivered outside France may be subject to possible taxes and customs duties, which will be the responsibility of the customer and will be his responsibility.

Article 8: Order

After accepting these general conditions of sale, the customer validates his order by clicking on the “Order” button at the bottom of the “Summary of your order” page.

Before validating, the customer must check each of the elements of their order. Any confirmed order is considered final.

Once the order is confirmed, the company Mi.Ka Glass & Ink sends the customer an email summarizing the elements of the order.

Article 9: Returns period

The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. To arrange the terms of return, the customer must contact the company Mi.Ka Glass & Ink via the contact form, by email ( or by telephone (+33 7 69 67 50 59).

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the company Mi.Ka Glass & Ink will reimburse the customer for all sums paid, as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following the date on which this right was exercised. exercised. However, the costs of returning the product(s) remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returned products must be in new condition to allow their subsequent marketing. Any product not meeting these characteristics will not be exchanged or refunded.

In the event of loss or damage to the product during the return, the company Mi.Ka Glass & Ink will be unable to reimburse the order and the customer will have to make a claim directly with their carrier.

A personalized or tailor-made item for a customer cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal (article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code).

Article 10: Return of products

Personalized items will not be returned or exchanged.

If the buyer wishes to return a product (non-personalized) to the seller, he must make a return request to the seller within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order. Any complaint made outside this deadline cannot be accepted. The product must be returned to the seller in its entirety, in its original condition and packaging, by post to the address appearing in the preamble hereto, at the buyer’s expense.
It is up to the buyer to check the condition of the products upon receipt of the order. Any defect concerning delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package) must be notified on the same day of receipt or at the latest the first working day following receipt. Any complaint made after this period will be inadmissible and the seller will be released from all liability. The complaint may be made in writing to the contact details mentioned in the preamble. In this case, the return will be made at the seller’s expense and the buyer will be reimbursed within fourteen (14) working days following receipt of the product by the seller.

Article 11: After-Sales Service

All products sold on the site benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two years. In the event of a defective product or one that does not conform to the description of the site, the customer can contact the company Mi.Ka Glass & Ink by presenting their purchase invoice.

If the apparent defect, lack of conformity or even the hidden defect of the item declared by the customer is proven, after an assessment, the company Mi.Ka Glass & Ink undertakes to carry out the repair, exchange or refund of the product as soon as possible.

However, the company Mi.Ka Glass & Ink cannot be held responsible for the misuse and/or intensive use of the products that the customer may make of them.
